Applicants were asked to go to there office in groups. After filling out an application form there was an exam to be taken together with the other applicants, but I don't think the exam mattered much. The applicants were then called one by one for a personal interview. The questions were very general and can mostly be seen on the internet. The interviewer didn't seem very confident and didn't have a strong command of english.
