Phone interview which lasted about 30 mins, then an in-person interview a few days later with the recruiter and then 2 supervisors. They were incredibly quick with their response, they followed up the next day to give me feedback on my interview and that they wanted to move forward with hiring me. Got the offer letter within a few days after passing a background check.

Fairly straight forward, talk with recruiter and then in office round robin interview. (pre-covid) All of the questions were pretty basic and didn't go too in depth. A lot of customer service questions as well, making sure we always put the customer fist.

The interview process was great. I applied online, got a email to schedule a phone interview. After the phone interview , I was invited for the 1:1 interview in Lehi, UT. All the process took about two week.

Very standard, no tricks here. Interviewers were truly interested in learning about you and connected well. I really enjoyed the interview process and they were very fast in responding the same day with the decision. Out of all employers I've been with, LendingClub had the fastest response.
