Entretien
Interview will be with 3 Supervisors with pretty standard questions. First person was friendly and asked basic interview questions with one question to try to throw you off. Second person was stern, not quite as personable and asked role specific questions and how you would handle situations. The third person seemed to ask some unrelated questions to get to know you personally.

Very welcoming and a really good vibe from the beginning. First introduction as a group then 2 separate interviews. The introduction made for a really good first impression and really puts the position in a nutshell. Very easy to follow and you go in knowing what you’re roll will be.

A recruiter reached out on Indeed. Did the initial phone screening and did an in-person interview that same week. Was interviewed by three individual people, each one took about thirty minutes or so. Interview was relatively straight forward. Scenario questions relevant to the position along with the general interview questions.

Heard from a recruiter through my resume on Indeed that Lending Club would like to set up a phone interview for this position. Phone interview lasted around thirty minutes and I made it to the panel interview where I met another recruiter, supervisor, and senior supervisor.
The recruiter provided a tour, the supervisor asked me about skill-level questions seeing how to handle the position and the senior supervisor really asked vague questions. I would say the supervisor’s portion was the best because it felt incredibly relevant about the actual work.
