First I have reached out from the recruiter through my Linkedin profile, an initial call has scheduled which was a simple intro. Second, we schedule the first phone technical interview, the interview took 45mins, some core Java + Micro services architecture + Restful questions, then he asked me an algorithm question which I gave him three different solutions and explained the advantages and disadvantages of each of them, and then he modified the questions and asked me to write code for modified version of question. Third, 5 back to back interviews each 45mins to an hour, three interviews with principal engineers and one with lead engineer and the last one with the director of technology. I have received the offer after one day, I had also two other offers but I accepted Lending Club because of the team that I interviewed with and the company culture which seems to be great.
