The Hanger Project interview process was rigorous and well thought out. The process was a little intimidating for an internship at a small company. I was asked to provide references of previous managers to verify my work behavior and experience. Kirby and Da'Shira were very friendly and warm during the interview. They asked questions concerning behavior patterns.
