Very casual environment. Felt comfortable and none of the boring typical questions such as where do you see yourself in 5 years. I got a good gauge of my supervisor's personality during the interview and could tell he was an empathetic individual.

Entretien
Applied online and was contacted by area manager via email to set up an interview. Everyone was nice and the interview was thorough. There was time for me to ask questions. They asked how soon I could start if offered the position as they were looking to fill the position as soon as possible. I was offered the position a couple of days later. It took about a week to receive authorization forms from HR, which were to submit for my background check and drug screening. The entire hiring process took about a month, but I don't think that's average for them. There was a holiday in there which likely caused a delay in getting background check results back.

Entretien
Preliminary phone interview with several in the department, then one on one office interview with a single manager. Did well on the phone so they asked me to come into the office. The whole process was fairly standard. Most of the questions were cookie cutter interview example questions. Unfortunately the manager told me outright that there were several candidates interviewing internally for the position. It was clear that they had no intention of hiring outside and were just fulfilling an HR Policy by interviewing me. I'm a little upset that they wasted my time.
