J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Handshake (San Francisco, CA) en mars 2017
Entretien
The interview process was quick and very enjoyable. I had an hour long call with the sales director then had two in-person interviews where I got to meet Garrett, the CEO, as well as a few members of the sales team and account management team. I was able to join in on the company happy hour and succulent making activity and meet more team members and was then offered the job.

Question 1
They went into depth about my prior sales experience and had me do a quick mock sales pitch and discuss how I would email a customer.
Thorough, multiple rounds, lots of cross functional perspective. Combination of behavioral, experience-based, and role plays/scenarios. Generally fairly quick with response times and laying out the structure of the whole process.

Call with the recruiter, call with the VP.
This company recruited me and then the VP didn’t even have the decency to pay attention during my interview. I’ve never seen someone so obviously multitask while doing everything but pay attention to the interview process. Your company’s loss. Next time pay attention to the reps you actively reach out and interview or you are going to pass up on more top performers.

I can't imagine a better candidate experience. At every step of the process I felt welcomed and informed. There was a clear sense of purpose throughout the process, and after each interaction I walked away feeling informed about next steps. I was an internal referral with a lot of market experience and my process took 8 days.

Question 1
As with any sales role, quota attainment and my experience in driving sales and forecasting revenue was a key part of every discussion. It was very clear to me that culture fit is important to the organization, and the mission is something everyone is really invested in. Handshake is really interested in building a multi-threaded account approach, with rigorous commitment to an intelligent mutual success plan for deal closing.
