The process started with an online assessment, followed by a recruiter phone screen and then two back-to-back interviews. One interview was behavioral, while the other was technical.
The behavioral round was less focused on standard behavioral questions and more centered around my interests and the projects I’ve worked on. The technical round did not involve any coding questions; instead, it focused primarily on in-depth discussions about my projects and their technical aspects. The interviewer also asked about core ML concepts and presented scenarios exploring what I could have done differently in my projects and the reasoning behind those decisions.
