Standard process- You fill out the application online, then if your skills match their needs you land a interview then offered a job if you meet the requirements and are the best fit

The interview process was straightforward and relaxed. I first had a short interview with the Front Desk Department Manager where we discussed my customer service experience, availability, and how I would handle guest situations. After that, I had a second interview with the General Manager, which was more conversational and focused on teamwork, communication skills, and reliability. The entire process was completed within about a week and the atmosphere was welcoming.
