they go over your experience tell you about the company and what they do and what you will do also they told me what they was looking for and if I can meet up to their criteria the interview was very short and it wasn't very intense as they only wanted know about your skills and how you can benefit them

very nice chat, no the usual interview, it allows you to talk freely and to show the real you. They asked me specific questions based on my previous experience, but in a non-standard way. Questions are more oriented to know you.
