I was referred to the Operations Manager by a senior employee, and was called in for an interview. the interview was just a quick meeting to setup salary and start date. It was a 1:1 informal meeting with an individual who I had a few conversations with when I was employed by their industry competitor. The interview was at 10:00, and had accepted their offer by 10:20 PM.

Phone interview. Typical behavioral questions. Once you get asked to come on site it means YOU"VE GOT THE JOB already. At this point you're just visiting the different facilities and asking questions. so as long as you ask questions and dont do anything stupid, you'll get hired
