Knowledge test following 2 face to face interviews. First interview is perform test and answer several simple questions. Second interview requires to give presentation to a group of managers and engineers about your former project you think you are proud of what you did. The best choice is something that is related with what the new role you going to play.

I was referred by current employee with direct access to hiring manager and it likely made interview an simpler exercise to validate salary, fit. Process included:
2 screening call with internal recruiter for fit/salary requirements up front
2 rounds of panel interview with manager, senior team;
1 follow up with internal recruitment
