I had a phone interview, then an onsite "interview".
For the phone interview, I wasn't asked anything technical. I was asked about my extra curricular volunteer efforts. I was asked what regions I preferred. A few weeks later I was offered an interview at a location wayyyy far from my preferred regions.
The on-site interview wasn't much of an interview. It was a group interview. They took us on a tour around the yard, and had presentations for us about what the company does and the different PSLs (Frac, cement, wireline). Then, at the end of the day, they had a meeting with each of us individually. I remember being asked if I was up for the tough/non-traditional work environment, and if I could drive a truck. They also wanted us to pick a specific PSL we were interested in. No no one there made a bad impression.
I was offered the job within two days of getting back home and given two weeks to respond.

HR scheduled a Teams interview with my manager. It took about 30 mins and I got a verbal offer after about 2 weeks. After that, I did a few rounds of medical check-ups, which took a few weeks. Then got a contract after that was passed.
1st round was basic resume questions and more info about the job. 2nd round was behavioral questions and lasted about an hour. It's a really easy interview if you practice.
