I was contacted initially by email for an interview by a staff member in the US. This was different than a typical phone call. Interview was set-up via email. Met with the manager, Both staff seemed to be very professional and friendly. The interview was a typical interview process with questions such as describe yourself, etc.. Seemed to be great people to work with, however the company compensation was not competitive with their competitors.
