Entretien
I got a 1st on-campus interview with Halliburton. It was a 1 to 1 interview with either a member of the Talent Acquisition team. Questions asked were mainly behavioral interview questions (go Google them to find out more) such as "Describe an experience where you had faced an obstacle in your work/cca/project and how you overcome it."
From what I heard, the process is that if you pass the 1st interview, you will be invited for an assessment at the company itself. The decision making by the company seems to be quite fast, as I heard from them on the night itself of the interview.

Strait forward. 1st and 2nd round interview, first one is usually with an alum from your school. Second is a 2 day interview with coattail hour, multiple interviews and exercises.
