I will say that the recruitment team was exceptionally quick with the whole process. Less than a week after I submitted my application I received an e-mail inviting me in for an interview for the following week. Unfortunately I became ill the weekend before the interview, but they were kind enough to re-schedule my interview for another date. The interviewers were very straight-forward, very open when discussing the role, and created an all around very easy-going atmosphere. I was nervous beforehand, but they really managed to set a relaxed vibe which was more of an informal discussion of the role and its expectations rather than a strict interview. They went into detail about the role, my past experiences and what skills I can transfer over, answered all questions I had (which I could interject with anytime during the interview), and asked me mainly behavioural-based questions. They got back to me the following week (it would have been by the end of the week but a few more candidates had applied for the role) - everything went very quick and so smoothly. Very impressed.
