Recently attended the interview process at Halleyx and had a positive experience overall. What stood out to me was the open project round. Instead of focusing on building a clone of an existing application, it encouraged candidates to think through a problem, break it down into smaller parts, and come up with practical solutions. I found this approach both challenging and engaging. The interview discussions were well structured and gave me a better understanding of how real-world product development and problem-solving are approached. The team was professional throughout the process and created a comfortable environment for discussion. Overall, it was a valuable learning experience, and I appreciate the opportunity to interact with the team.
