I had one group interview. Three of the current employees sat in front of everyone and conducted the interview. They were very rude. When I walked in they told me in a very bossy tone to go have a seat. They did the same to everyone else. You could see them rolling their eyes at each other. They did not even let you explain why you would be a good fit for the job.
