I applied online and was contacted for a Skype interview within two weeks. The Skype interview consisted of three people and they focused on writing and digital skills. During the initial screening I was asked about salary. The interviewer who asked most of the questions only worked at Hager Sharp for a couple of months and they asked a lot of expected interview questions.
