I submitted an application at the end of August. A recruiter reached out in late September with some screening questions (written, not over the phone). Later that week she scheduled a first round interview. The day after the interview she reached out to schedule a second round interview. After several follow up emails over the next few weeks I was finally told they had moved forward with other applicants. I would have given the overall interview experience a thumbs up except it felt like I was ghosted at the end. Please give applicants closure, especially after second round interviews.
