I felt that I performed very well during the interview and came in well-prepared for the responsibilities that the role demands. However, I personally had a disappointing experience with the interview panel particularly the hiring manager whose communication felt dismissive and unwelcoming. While the company itself has an inspiring mission and great potential, the interaction left me feeling that the evaluation was not based solely on merit. It’s unfortunate when candidates with strong profiles are not assessed fairly due to internal biases, whatever their nature may be. I still respect the company’s work, but I hope they reflect on improving their interview culture to ensure fairness and professionalism for all candidates. BTW I had top certs & bug bounty exp too. #racism
