Very short initial interview and recruiter didn’t ask a lot of pertinent questions. Then offered to give feedback when they ultimately chose not to advance me to the next stage and when the feedback was finally provided (after a couple of emails) why I didn’t move forward, it was something I had experience in that was not discussed. The decision was also made before the direct manager ever got back from vacation. Very shady and obviously not why I was ultimately rejected.
