Long, clunky, lack of empathy. Started with a group introduction and test Then a role play Followed by round robin interview with various members which was hard to gain a good understanding of the company and connect. This also has to be the right place for the candidate and it was hard to really get an understanding of the culture as the interviewers seemed to be rushing.

Got invited to an interview which was great. Emailed twice with questions and got no response. Interview is held online. Joined the zoom call waited in the lobby and was removed twice from the Lobby. Assuming they didn’t want to interview me as I got no response from anyone after emailing after wards as wll
