Interviewers talked too much about them and were more interested in obtaining information about my current employer programs

How would you deal with a manager that bullies employees ?
Interviewed with the There were three rounds: a recruiter screen, a conversation with the hiring manager, and a final interview with the VP who leads the practice. All three were professional, ran on schedule, and the people I spoke with were engaged and asked substantive questions. The problem came afterward. I was told to expect a decision within a week or two. I followed up several times with both the recruiter and the VP over the course of more than a month, and I never received a response or a decision either way. The front of the process was strong. There was simply no close on the back end, which is a poor reflection on an otherwise well run interview experience.

How would you help scale a managed services practice toward a more even balance between new client revenue and recurring support revenue?
One-stage interview with the hiring manager, who was very friendly and welcoming. The conversation was relaxed and engaging, allowing me to clearly discuss my experience, skills, and how I could add value to the team
The application process includes submitting CV and cover letter through the online system, followed by an interview with HR, and then a more in-depth interview with the business team to assess my technical fit and working style.
