Phone interview with a recruiter, followed by interviews with the functional manager and finally an interview with the entity manager. Overall, the process was pretty straightforwardOverall, the process was pretty straightforward and well-organized. Each stage was clearly communicated in advance, and the interviewers were professional and respectful. The questions focused on both technical skills and cultural fit, making it a balanced and insightful experience.

The last round was a waste of my time. The company didn't even get back to me and asked to send the case study over. It seems like they are sourcing for ideas from interviewers on how to develop their product.

I was approached by a recruitment firm. Then I accepted and it was conducted via online with the HSBC Project management team lead. The interview was completed in under 20 mins and was very professional.
