First I was called by an HR representative in Ostrava to confirm my candidacy and asked general HR questions about myself and my interests. After 10 days, we arranged and conducted a telephone interview by 2 representatives, asked extensive questions about my studies and recent professional expereinece, followed by a video conference by a panel.
