Telephone interview first with HR team to discuss role, salary, stages of interview process if successful. Followed by face to face interview with Head of team and Senior Manager (ultimate line manager for the role).

Worked example, discussing the considerations I would go through in product development for a retail product in another HSBC region.
I went for 4 interview rounds.

3. Interview with department head
4. Case study round with colleagues
The last round was a waste of my time. The company didn't even get back to me and asked to send the case study over. It seems like they are sourcing for ideas from interviewers on how to develop their product.

What is your experience with international stakeholders?
I was approached by a recruitment firm. Then I accepted and it was conducted via online with the HSBC Project management team lead. The interview was completed in under 20 mins and was very professional.

Video interview with the hiring manager. Work experience and technical based questions were asked during the interview. The questions were fairly straightforward and nothing out of the ordinary. I definitely had a good experience.
