It is on a rolling basis which means once the position is filled they would not even take a look at your application and they would automatically reject you. I think the video interview question is more situational as they would give you a scenario and how would you go about that given scenario and what would you do.

First is an online assessment (lots of SJT questions), and the second part is JSA, which includes how to deal with multiple sources and also how to deal with missing information during a case

I applied online for spring week quite soon after applications opened. Immediately got link to job assessment centre after submitting. Assessment centre had situational judgement, math/reading, and hirevue. Hirevue were simple behaviourals about why HSBC and why this division.
