interviewer was polite, allowed to think of the questions before answering.

Two rounds of interview. The first one was with HR through Zoom. The second is an interview with the Premier Service Manager(s) at whichever HSBC branch that you may be sent to. This is for HSBC Premier Hong Kong.

Entretien
Receive a phone call first and provide some basic information. And the first interview, with 2 interviewers, go thru some scenarios questions, better provide examples. They originally said they not gonna ask for any technical questions as it may be unfair. But at the end, they did ask for the knowledge of the procedures and loan application. If succeed, a final interview with the branch manager would be held but I failed. I received a phone call for some feedback and they expected somebody who has experience.
