Good and smooth interview process contains three rounds of selections. The first round is the basic apt test and the second test is called job simulation. the job sim is related to the daily operation in hsbc and the candidate have to act as the assistant to assist with the client enquiries and make choices.
Had a smooth interview process with interesting and thoughtful questions. Although I couldn’t clear the second round, it was a great learning experience that helped me identify areas for improvement.
