Quite easy, was asked competency and skills questions. quick tips on face to face interview for call centre jobs at HSBC there competence based interviews last for an hour asking about work experience you have so go into detail as to what you did in certain situations keep eye contact with the interviewer at the end they will make you do a role play on the phone about a customer with outstanding balance on there credit card ask about the customers financial situation, are the employed any dependents kids family wife et, what there monthly salary is, out goings for the month, how much they can pay but makesure you haggle with them on how much they can pay a month in a polite way.
the interview process was very quick and simple they did not go into detail regarding what the role is about they just asked why i wanted to join hsbc and one other question, it ended in 10minutes
The interview and the interviewers were really friendly and warm, especially for a student with not much experience. The process may be daunting but the interview was good. the questions were mainly about fit questions so just be aware of yourself.

One round of interview started by self-intro then mainly focus on experiences on CV. The interviewer asked many detailed questions about project experiences on CV. Overall experience is professional and good.
