Entretien
I first applied online and then two days later got the link to complete an online test which was scenario based.
The next stage was the phone interview where the interviewer was asking question like why leaving current job and why HSBC, then 2 questions both asking where I have gone above and beyond for a customer.
I liked this idea but it was a little more stressful than the final face-to-face.
The final stage was the face-to-face interview with the manager at the branch I was applying for.
This stage the managers made me feel really welcome and it was more like a conversation than a Q & A, and I just felt like I belonged as I felt so comfortable.

Long interview, very unprofessional and rude , interview was conducted via microsoft teams and the interviewer arrived late and was very obnoxious from the begining , i got offered the job but declined it
