RBWM Management Trainee Graduate Progam gives you online assessments then phone interview then final round in the city. For the assessments you just need to know basic probability and numerical reasoning. The tests are easy. In the city you will do a case study.
1st round: self intro with HR .
2nd round : some basic understanding of department campaign and some about the cv ( not very hard and takes about 30 min)
3x 30 minute interviews with competency, finance technical and case study followed by qna. Assessment centre had 4 of us total though interviews were 1 to 1. Tiring but a good experience
