Reached out through a network connection. Process took about 2 weeks. I was first interviewed by my connection and then by 2 directors who were extremely kind but it was hard to do a phone interview with 2 interviewers.

Assessment day includes a group activity discussing recent technological developments in banking and fintech, between groups of approximately eight. Followed in the afternoon by an interview covering work experience, university qualifications and general STAR questions.
