This is for the 1:1 phone call. I was asked for information regarding right to work, confirmed the expected hours, told that for 12 months you cant request annual leave (i think that or during training cant remember) etc., then asked only 3 competency questions

Firstly you have to answer a staged call, you are assessed on how well you deal with the customer request. Tip - they give you pen and paper to prepare for the call, when preparing write down the number in words so you dont get stuck. Also, write down what the "customer" asks for to make sure you answer their requests
