It was a three layered process HR Round, Operations Manager Round & VP Round. The overall experience was excellent.Focus during HR round was majorly on Communication skills, focus during Operations Round was on people management skills & focus during VP round was on business handling skills.

The HR quite efficient in the sense of they called a week after I applied for this position..but they didn't tell me what to bring during the interview. It just like I just need to bring my original certs and photo..that's it...The interviewers were quite friendly, asked so many questions...tried to make the interviewee feels comfortable...asked a lot about past experience and how it will fit the applied the position..

The interview was done in timely manner. The questions asked was in regards to position which I applied. The interviewer had the calibre and knowledge on compliance field. The interviewer was straight forward with the questions. Gave me a good explanation on the job scope and what will be required from me if I was selected for the position or role.
