I applied for the job through the website. The HR person contacted me a few days later going through a typical phone screen. Set up a few 4 phone interviews with the hiring manager & team. Then after a few days had in person interview w/2 ppl.

Typical question of why I left my previous job. My response was I got laid off. Follow up unexpected question was Why did you get laid off?
