First interview was over the phone. Professional but non conventional, more of a conversation. Mix of finance related questions and character questions. Seems like a good group. Next step he said would be an in person meeting.

Entretien
1st interview via zoom with an external and an internal wholesaler. 2nd interview via zoom with a group of individuals working at the firm. Employees were driving during the zoom interview or not paying attention. Organization seems very disorganized. I left the interview with an impression of the firm being very non-professional.
