One phone call with a recruiter talking about overall interests. One video interview with the manager and supervisor I would be under. It was very fast process. They called me about the offer, which I appreciated.

Entretien
Once they decided who they were going to interview, they took about 2 weeks to have me come in. Not sure of how many they interviewed, but they only looked at two colleges in the surrounding area. They only hired 2 interns. Have not yet started the internship, but I am told that I will be working in all the departments within the company. It seems like they really take care of their interns, stating that the internship is really a year-long interview process, culminating in a job offer should they consider you an asset.

What is one of your goals that you are currently working toward?
Very quick and easy, best to talk about your experience. Everyone was very nice. Dress professionally and don't be nervous. You'll do great! HNTB is a great company and the interview is easy.

Entretien
Interview went well, was asked standard interview questions about myself and past experiences. The interview was done through a video call and was then asked to come in to tour the office
