The interview seemed to go well. I talked to a hiring manager on the phone and then had an in store interview at the travel plaza. She said she thought I was qualified for the position and told me that I would get a call for the next interview, as the next person doing the interview had a busy work load. That call never came.

Standard questions, information about company and employment. Transparency and positivity in communication as well as clear expectations and responsibilities. A comfortable meeting with energetic staff, all necessary details provided. Positive experience.

Typical interview with typical questions. Applied online through application form. A week later I was invited to an interview. They first provided me with a skills questionnaire to fill out and later on in the interview I had to explain my responses, most of them we are based on qualities and customer service experience. The interviewers seemed friendly and had a focus on experience/customer service elements.

Very friendly atmosphere. Bobbi and Matt were extremely nice. Overall it was excellent. I cant wait for my first day. They were very personable and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend seeking out employment with this company.
