Lovely process. They were very kind throughout. The case is relatively simple during the in-person interview. The key is to find an area of shared interest with the recruiter and you'll be fine.

The interview process involved 2 rounds 1. Phone call with the manager. 2. A 3 Hour interview which consisted of an excel test, case study interview, email writing test and a closing interview. The second round was challenging but a great learning experience. The manager called and asked a few general behavioral questions. The The interview was taken over by another manager who provided with a case study, a draft excel sheet was provided to me few hours before so that I can check the file opens correctly and that everything works perfectly during the interview. The manager sat patiently and answered all my questions for almost 1.5 hrs. While I solved the case. I eventually analyzed the data in the excel and summarized my findings in a email that is typically sent to the client. Last step was the closing interview where I interacted with the Partner. We discussed about my role as an intern, future career trajectory at HKA and any questions that I might have. The interview felt less like an interview and more like an actual project! Happily accepted the offer and looking forward to begin my Internship!
