First they reached out to me for a phone call interview, then they changed their mind and sent me Teams interview for 30 minutes directly with hiring manager. It's weird that hiring manager said that they will send my information to recruiter like my experience. It's common that recruiter send info to hiring manager for review but I was not able to understand their culture.
