J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez HITT Contracting
Entretien
Interview process was about 3 months - met with all members of the team which was a great experience. First round I just met with the direct manager, second round was with the manager and director, then third round was with the whole team. Everyone asked great questions but it was really felt as if they were trying to see if i could fit in with the team or not. Collaboration is huge at this company.

I declined invite to interview after the screener call for several reasons:
1. I usually don't consider roles without the salary listed. I asked for the range when compensation was brought up by the recruiter who dodged my question immediately. I provided a range I was interviewing for currently. They said ok only for them to say in follow up calls that wasn't within their "band" for this role - so why wait multiple times to share that? Waste of time.
2. The recruiter did not leave any time for me to ask questions. When it was clear they were wrapping up the call that had already gone over our allotted time from their questions, I said I actually had some questions to help me better understand the role and interest level further. They said "you have my email or you can text this number!"
3. The nature of the hybrid role changed many times throughout the conversation. First mentioned it was a hybrid role with 3 days in mandatory. Then followed up that training period would be 100% in-person and it is not clear when that would change to hybrid. Then mentioned that HITT prefers PTO use instead of flexibility to work from home when need arises occasionally.
Red flags all around. If interested in a role at HITT, definitely be cautious and ask appropriate questions during the screener (if your recruiter even allows you the time...)
