We did a Skype interview and everything went well. Very laidback and all of the questions were relevant and very straightforward. Up to that point it was an easy process. However it took several weeks to get any response and I never got any feedback as to why I was passed over, especially when tbings had gone so well. It's a great company and I'll apply there again but the last part of the process wasn't so great. They basically ghost you at the end.
