There are three parts of the interview.1. The HR interview 2. Introduction of the daily routine and pay structure 3. Phone interview with the CEO; The working environment is very nice and the staffs are very friendly there. So don't feel nervous about it.

I applied online and received correspondence from HR a few days later. She wanted to further discuss the position and my background over the phone for a screening, then invited me in to meet with the manager for an interview at their office. I was there roughly a half hour or so. The HR Manager was very nice, and greeted me when I came. She prepared me for my interview, and then I met with the President, Chad. He was a lot more easy-going than I had expected a President of a company to be! He made me feel very welcomed, and explained the position in further detail to me, as well as asked more questions about my background. I was called later that afternoon for an invitation to go in for another interview, in which i spent a few hours with a current Account Manager, and was able to see exactly what each day would be like! I had never heard of a company doing that, which was very refreshing and eye opening. It really helped me to decide if I felt like HFL DC would be a good place to work, based on the openness, and personable experience.
