We had 3 rounds, 1 managerial interview, 1 technical interview, 1 product interview. The product interview was the most complex one. The technical interview was mostly centered around previous work experience.

1. First technical round, Java 8 features? What is functional interface? Difference between Runnable and Callable? Write java8 syntax in notepad? Mainly interviewer was focusing that how much syntax I know, which is not at all good. The questions were not as per the role/ level of experience of the candidate. It's like less experience employee opened up a interview questions list in google and taking an interview of senior and he doesn't know what all things to be asked.

I was interviewed for 4 hours by one engineering manager in Mumbai Goregaon office. He had no knowledge of questions what he was asking. His interest was to listen to the same answer which he read somewhere. I will say one of the worst interview i ever attended.
