The recruiter called me based on seeing my resume on a job site. He arranged a phone screen with the hiring manager. About a week later I came into the office to meet with a number of people one on one and group style.

The interview process is not very organized. Only the hiring manager seemed to ask relevant questions about program management. The rest of the interview sessions were not very professional.
One of the interviewers spoke through the session for 45 minutes or so.He/she only spoke very well of my resume and how I am a great match, and then asked me only one question about my work experience.
Another interviewer from Europe did not seem happy to be interviewing, and asked a few questions and he/she stated "you know what you are talking of and have an impressive resume".

You talk to lots of people from teams . I think I had 5 or 6 1 hour Interviews. Pretty professional. Only if all agree, you get hired as to make sure you're a good fit for the company. It is an exhausting day, but you get a really good Picture of the people working there.

I applied online and heard back within a week from the internal recruiter. The internal recruiter would only communicate via email. After the first round, the second round was set u within a week. Met with 4 different people. I applied for a non-technical role, but one of the interviewers asked me technical programming questions - really weird. He also had a very thick accent and was difficult to follow. I never heard back from the recruiter. I had another offer - and called the recruiter to follow up. However, his number didnt work. Really bizarre recruiting process.
