Interview process have been done on four phase, with the recruiter team, direct manager who will be my manager at HERE, Peer on peer (existing HERE Team lead), and Human Resources Development Manager. All interview by phone except for the Peer on peer interview which are done by face to face on Jakarta

Entire Process is good, starting from HR to Face to Face interview. Basically it contains 3 rounds and its not necessary that all rounds will fix on same day. but entire process is well define.
