Ok folks,
Don't waste your time with this company. I spent a lot of time and money preparing for my interviews with them. I went through a skills test, a personality test, a phone interview, gave a presentation to a panel and was ultimately turned away because one person didn't like my resume. He could have saved a lot of people a lot of time if he would have reviewed my resume earlier in the interview process.
I felt very passionate about this company and even spent time researching their clients so that I could better understand their product line. I had ideas and thoughts about what I would do to introduce a recurring revenue solution revolving around a SaaS model, I researched sunset products and identified potential reasons why those products didn't succeed in the market space. I thought about what I would do to make them successful. I installed their development framework DatafIex, and built a small application. I learned about the CEO and his battle with Cancer. Hell, I quit smoking!
Best of luck to whoever lands this role.
I would say it was like a standard interview experience and the interview questions were also standard and this was my first round interview so I expected the questions. The interview was also a really positive experience for me as well.

Went through an outside recruiter who regularly works with HCSS. Had 2 recruiter calls, took the online math test, personality test, phone screen with HCSS HR and then brought onsite for the in person math test and interviews with hiring manager and 2 peers. Was invited for a 2nd round with the hiring manager, an SVP and the CEO/Founder where I found out the job title changed. The CEO was last and it was one of the oddest interviews I've had. He is a flamboyant Trump supporter with a framed handshake picture, but his questions had nothing to do with the role and it was a very dissonant conversation. It was so odd and different from every other interaction I had, I wouldn't have left my current job if offered.

Analytical test and then telephonic, they asked about the previous work experience and before that there was a analytical test to solve. I find it very slow mean the interview was all about asking what i did in past which was already mentioned in my resume.
