Ok folks, Don't waste your time with this company. I spent a lot of time and money preparing for my interviews with them. I went through a skills test, a personality test, a phone interview, gave a presentation to a panel and was ultimately turned away because one person didn't like my resume. He could have saved a lot of people a lot of time if he would have reviewed my resume earlier in the interview process. I felt very passionate about this company and even spent time researching their clients so that I could better understand their product line. I had ideas and thoughts about what I would do to introduce a recurring revenue solution revolving around a SaaS model, I researched sunset products and identified potential reasons why those products didn't succeed in the market space. I thought about what I would do to make them successful. I installed their development framework DatafIex, and built a small application. I learned about the CEO and his battle with Cancer. Hell, I quit smoking! Best of luck to whoever lands this role.
