The interview process was great. The recruiter was so easy to talk to and kept me updated throughout the entire process! The first interview was pretty basic and mostly asked about my experience and told me a lot about the job. The second interview they asked some really great scenario questions! They also gave out a quiz of sorts to test your payroll knowledge.

I had an interview in June; it would have been my first management position, although I am a highly experienced payroll professional. The interview wasn't anything special and I received a rejection email the next day that indicated I should feel free to apply to any other positions of interest, which I assumed was their way of stating they didn't find me qualified to be a manager. I did apply to lower positions as well that I would have been much more qualified for and was rejected from those as well. I was interviewed 2 months ago and now all positions have recently been relisted, which makes me feel I dodged a bullet if they are unable to keep payroll personnel even 2 months.
